Guest relation was to the top level specially at reception area and terrace Staff Jobi star boy Buggy was the only issue but I don't want to complain about the just a suggestion Jobi recommended me for next visit at CLUB STAY with my family Wow location Must visit again this paradise

Wonderful hotel and Ayurvedic Spa

I have stayed at The Leela many times and have experienced the Ayurveda Package which is fantastic. The doctors and therapy staff are of a high standard and very professional and knowledgeable, tailoring treatment plans to individual, specific needs. I enjoy every moment of my stay there and have found the Ayurvedic treatment extremely beneficial for my health. Food, rooms and facilities at The Leela are wonderful and all the staff there are helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend both the hotel and the Ayurvedic Spa and am planning to return next year.

My husband and I spent two blissful weeks at The Leela Kovalam, which lived up to our expectations. After cold, wet, grey, noisy London, it was the perfect rest and relaxation holiday. We experienced a flawless check-in with Akhil, followed by Jobi, who took charge and provided a detailed overview of all the amenities. Jobi’s assistance was exceptional throughout our holiday. However, the true gem of our stay was Reshma, the Front Desk Manager. Her brilliant public relations skills greatly enhanced our hotel experience. Reshma’s efficiency and warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we enjoyed engaging in conversations with her on various topics. At the main restaurant, the buffet offered an extensive array of both hot and cold dishes. The Kerala cuisine was a delightful experience, featuring an abundance of vegetarian, fish, and meat curries. The Executive Chef, Shahib Kareem, generously shared recipes for some of my favourite fish and vegetable dishes. Our memories of the restaurant staff are heart-warming: Ravi Kumar efficiently managed the team, assisted by cheerful Ronit Singh, and the lovely Sunidhi and Bhavana took turns escorting us to our table. Abhishek provided attentive service, and Sous Chef Anoop engaged in lively conversations with my husband. There were many other staff members who contributed to our enjoyable dining experience. There was also a poolside Bistro, where I would sit and enjoy a healthy coconut water drink, served to me by the smiling manager Rohit. I had ten one-on-one, 1-hour sessions in the gym with Level 4 Fitness Instructor, Ajil. After 4 years of inactivity with Covid, it was hugely beneficial. He gave me valuable advice on suitable exercises for my age, and the exercises helped get me more flexible and increase my strength. I continued my rejuvenating programme by indulging in rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatments at the Spa. My husband and I had an initial consultation with the Senior Ayurveda Physician, Dr. Sarath, which was very beneficial. The subsequent Ayurveda treatments, performed by expert therapists, were not only blissful but therapeutic. Back home, my chiropractor said I was greatly improved in my movement and it was probably due to the massages. We stayed in a Premier Sea View room which was spacious and very comfortable, with lovely views. A return visit is on the cards!
